Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Ashvyn Tickets collects and how it's used.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and a securely hashed password (never stored in plain text).
• Order details: name, email, and ticket quantity provided at checkout.
• Payment details, for any paid ticket, are collected and processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Public paid ticket sales aren't currently enabled, so today this applies only to future paid events, not the free registrations live on the platform now.

How we use it

To deliver your tickets, confirm your order, run the door scanner, and — for organisers — to show you your own event's sales and attendee data. We don't sell your data.

Organiser access

Event organisers can see the name, email and ticket status of people who bought tickets to their own events. They cannot see data for other organisers' events.
