Refund policy

This policy covers Ashvyn-ticketed events — the ones where you register or buy directly through Ashvyn Tickets. Each Ashvyn-ticketed event page shows that organiser's specific refund policy under "Refund policy" — check it before you register.

External listings

Some events on Ashvyn Tickets are external listings, clearly marked as such and linking out to "View official event page." Ashvyn Tickets is not the organiser or ticket seller for these, holds no payment or booking for them, and has no refund role — any refund, cancellation or entry question for an external listing goes to that event's own organiser, via their own official page.

General policy

Public paid ticket sales are not currently enabled, so every Ashvyn-ticketed event live today is a free registration — there is no payment to refund. If and when paid ticketing opens up: unless an event's page states otherwise, ticket sales will be final, and if an organiser cancels or reschedules an event, affected ticket holders will be notified by email with details on their options.

Event cancellations

If an organiser cancels an Ashvyn-ticketed event, affected registrants are emailed directly with details specific to that event.
