Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Ashvyn Tickets (tickets.ashvyn.co). By registering for an event or creating an organiser account, you agree to them.

Two kinds of listing

Events on Ashvyn Tickets are one of two things, and the event page always makes clear which: an Ashvyn-ticketed event, where you register or buy directly through Ashvyn Tickets and we issue your digital ticket; or an external listing, surfaced for discovery only — Ashvyn Tickets is not the organiser or ticket seller, and the "View official event page" link takes you to wherever that event is actually sold or registered.

Registering for an Ashvyn-ticketed event

When you register for an Ashvyn-ticketed event, you're entering into an arrangement with that event's organiser for entry; Ashvyn Tickets provides the checkout, ticket delivery, and door-scanning infrastructure, but the organiser is responsible for the event itself. Public paid ticket sales are not currently enabled — every Ashvyn-ticketed event live today is free to register for. If and when paid ticketing opens up, any per-ticket platform (booking) fee will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay anything.

Ticket validity

Each Ashvyn-issued ticket is a unique, single-use QR code. It can only be scanned once — screenshots, printouts, and forwarded emails all work, but only the first valid scan grants entry.

Organiser accounts

Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, ticket pricing, and refund policy for any Ashvyn-ticketed event they run.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the current version.
